SIR – I recently had to take my daughter, aged 15, into Worcestershire Royal Hospital and I want to take this opportunity to provide some positive feedback on my experience as so many comments about our health service seem to be negative.
From the moment we arrived at the hospital we were looked after by a dedicated nurse and told about what would happen each step of the way.
The nursing staff were fantastic and the consultant, anaesthetist and registrar all took the time to come and see my daughter before they left in the evening.
I really want to say a big thank you to everybody who looked after my daughter and made her feel so cared for.
