SIR – I’ve just come home from Worcestershire Royal Hospital after an operation.
Both the medical treatment and after care I received during my stay was absolutely outstanding in every way possible.
As for the meals, they were of excellent quality, wide ranging in choice and served with a smile and a kind word.
The staff all went way beyond their job descriptions for all the patients in their care on the ward, nothing was too much trouble and I can't rate or thank the hospital surgeon or all the ward staff highly enough.
Thank you all on Lavender ward, you are all absolutely superb.
