SIR – Once again the saga of Abu Qatada won’t go away.
This man, who preaches hate against the country that supports him, should have been put on the first available plane and booted out, yet he his still here, trying every trick in the book to stay.
Why are we, the taxpayers, lining the pockets of his legal team?
Why are we still paying large sums of money to support him and his family in a luxurious home?
All this while our own elderly people are struggling to put food on their tables and pay rent.
The lawyers who represent people such as Abu Qatada should be totally ashamed.
They are milking the taxpayer for their own greed.
If we stopped these human rights lawers, he would have been gone long ago.
The taxpayer will have to stump up the £3 million legal fee thats been racked up over this.
