SIR – It is outrageous that the number of people in Worcester facing homelessness has risen by 25 per cent in a year (Worcester News, June 19), while other citizens complacently drive our streets in expensive cars.
“And the rich he [God] hath sent empty away,” sang the Virgin Mary. Amen to that.
