SIR – I have always been in favour of this excellent and iconic building (inside and out) but does the Hive work?
Not on the evidence I found on Thursday. At the old hub, one was attended to in a couple of minutes.
On Thursday the touch screen told me it would be 53 minutes. I didn’t bother.
