SIR – There is no better time
than the present and the
right time will never be right
for the Europhiles; anyway,
it will probably be too late.
Cameron (in another classic
Blair innuendo promise, to
keep our interest, feeding us
little tit-bits) tells us that
now is not the right time for
a referendum on in or out of
Europe.
If Cameron knows that this
is not the right time he
should know when the right
time is likely to be; tell us the
date so that we can start
preparing the administration
for it now without waiting for
even more time and delay.
Waiting for the right time
only means more of our
sovereignty going to Brussels
and if this continues at the
present rate, we will not have
the power to call a
referendum; or anything else!
Anything to do with the EU
is full of hope, optimism and
ultimately, disappointments.
Cameron knows that the
British public have known
that the time has always
been right; it is obvious he is
only playing for time! Too
many countries in the EU are
relying on others to make
them prosperous and we are
seeing the result of this.
We can also see that this
reliance on others is affecting
our own economy, which has
relied too much on the
machinations of Brussels.
Now is the right time for a
referendum; I am quite
certain the captain of the
Titanic wished he could have
chosen another time,
knowing what we know now!
What has Europe done for
us except take our money
and sovereignty, take our
jobs and increase our
population?
