SIR – I would just like to say to the person who was driving a reddish coloured car on Saturday, August 18, between 3.25pm- 3.45pm in Tesco’s car park in St Peter’s, Worcester – “Shame on you”. Not only did you damage my rear passenger door in your failed attempt to negotiate the parking space next to mine, but to add insult to injury you didn’t even have the decency to stop and report it, not even a scribbled note left on my windscreen to say ‘sorry’.
I can only hope your conscience has been troubling you since Saturday, but sadly I doubt it.
It’s quite obvious from your actions that the bonhomie and goodwill that the wonderful Olympics created, has well and truly been extinguished along with the Olympic flame.
Shame it couldn’t have lasted a bit longer.
