SIR – Our paralympians have done us proud with all the medals they have won at the recent Games in London.
But this doesn’t mean the politicians should cut their benefits.
As a nation we should look after our paralympians and the politicians should give them a fraction of the perks they grab for themselves.
Little things such as subsidised travel and subsidised meals, in fact, everything they want for themselves.
The disabled should have the same. So my message to greedy members of Parliament is to start looking after the disabled and don’t cut their benefits.
