SIR – I just wanted to convey how pleased I am that Simone Carter has been nominated for the outstanding customer service award in this year’s Rail Staff Awards (Worcester News, September 13).
I agree with all the comments about her on the Rail Staff Awards website, particularly this one: “Simone is supremely efficient as well as wonderfully courteous and helpful.”
