A LARGE pile of rubbish was found in Lowesmoor, Worcester this morning.
One member of the public said: "It’s almost inviting the rats and the seagulls, and people have to walk in the road."
Worcester Safer Neighbourhood team (SNT) tweeted that it is "unacceptable." The SNT and Worcester City Council staff spent the morning cleaning up the mess.
