GUILTY: Bushwackers boss Darren Pinches found guilty of offering to supply cocaine
A NIGHTCLUB owner has been found guilty of offering to supply cocaine.
A jury at Warwick Crown Court found Bushwackers boss Darren Pinches guilty by a majority of 10-2 at Warwick Crown Court today (December 4).
Mr Pinches was found guilty of possession of cocaine yesterday (December 3) but was found not guilty of administering a substance (cocaine) with intent to stupefy or overpower a woman to enable him to commit a sexual offence and has also been acquitted of a sexual assault against the same woman, then aged 20, on New Year's Day last year.
