THE murder trial continues at Worcester Crown Court today after the jury heard the content of the defendant's police interviews yesterday.

Cordelia Farrell denies murder and an alternative charge of manslaughter but accepts she stabbed her partner, Wayne Coventry, at his brother's Bromsgrove home.

We will bring a full report on the contents of her police interviews later following Mr Coventry's death at Humphrey Avenue, Bromsgrove on October 14 this year in which she said the deceased had put a knife to her back before she stabbed him.

The jury was played video recordings of the interview and also had transcripts of those interviews read to them.

Meanwhile, there are sentence hearings and a trial in court three. Christopher Dayus and Ashleigh Watton are co-defendants who are scheduled to be sentenced.

Ryan Tonks is also due to be sentenced in that court.
