A homeless man stands accused of outraging public decency yet again, the alleged act said to have been committed the day he was released from prison.

Simon Burnley walked free with a suspended sentence at Worcester Magistrates Court last Tuesday after admitting outraging public decency, exposure and breaching a criminal behaviour order, one of the acts committed while he had his back against a city church.

The 46-year-old, who also admitted possession of cannabis, had been remanded in custody but was freed last Tuesday. However, he has since been charged with an act of outraging public decency said to have been committed on July 13, the day he was released from custody at Worcester Magistrates Court.

He is also charged with breaching his criminal behaviour order and possession of cannabis.

Burnley is due to appear before magistrates in Kidderminster on August 3 for the new matters.

We have previously reported how Burnley committed an outraging public decency offence happened on May 29 at Spring Gardens Medical Practice in Worcester and the indecent exposure in Diglis, Worcester on June 14. He was also in breach of a criminal behaviour order which bans him from not wearing the bottom layer of his clothing.

Burnley has also previously being given a community order for 11 offences - three of outraging public decency, two of exposure and six of possession of drugs (cannabis and amphetamine) in March and April this year, including in the car park of the city's Asda and on a canal towpath.

Last Tuesday magistrates sentenced him to 14 weeks in prison suspended for 12 months and ordered him to complete 25 rehabilitation activity requirement days which will be added to his existing community order.
