A TEENAGE tearaway with a habit of throwing stones and eggs at people and cars has been set clear boundaries to curb his bad behaviour.
Carter Scollan, 16, of Tolladine, Worcester, has been made the subject of a three year criminal behaviour order (CBO) imposed by magistrates on Friday.
Scollan is prohibited from: throwing or kicking missiles such as stones or eggs, at, or towards people, properties, vehicles, or buildings or kicking or hitting, vehicles or buildings; being verbally abusive, acting aggressively or shouting and swearing at others with whom he is associating; climbing on the roofs of any buildings.
Further to this he is also banned from entering Sainsbury's, Windermere Drive, Worcester including its car park, save for when in company with a parent or guardian; entering or loitering outside the Co-Op Food Store, The Lakes at 29 Ambleside Drive, Worcester WR4 9DA and associating with the a number of other youths (list of 11 names) in any public place, save for in educational establishments if attending the same school or college.
