A 37-year-old man has denied criminal damage at a house in Worcester.
Azad Hussain appeared before magistrates in Worcester yesterday charged with criminal damage at an address in the city's Southfield Street on July 6 this year.
The charge involves an allegation that he damaged household items to a value 'under £5,000'.
A trial date of Friday, October 29 this year was set with the case due to be heard at Worcester Magistrates Court. Hussain was told to attend the court at 9.30am for a 10am start.
In the meantime he was granted unconditional bail.
