DENIAL: Sucha Singh at Worcester Magistrates Court
A 54-year-old man has appeared in court on suspicion of causing death by careless driving following a fatal crash.
Sucha Singh denied death by careless driving following the crash which killed Tomasz Kozmicki when he appeared before magistrates in Worcester today (Thursday).
The crash happened on the A44 at Lower Moor near Pershore at the junction with Salters Lane on July 9 this year.
The defendant of Salisbury Road, Smethwick, faces further charges of using a motor vehicle (a VW Touran) without insurance and otherwise than in accordance with a licence on the same day.
The case will next he heard at Worcester Crown Court on October 21. Singh was granted bail to attend that hearing.
