A DRIVER has been found guilty of failing to provide details relating to his identification after he was suspected of an offence.
Francis McGregor, 37, was found guilty of the offence, committed in Droitwich on February 16 this year.
The defendant of Wolsey Road, Newark was found guilty at Worcester Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
He was fined £720, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £72 and costs of £200. His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points. A fines collection order was made to give the courts power to recover the money.
