A HAY bale rolling loose on the back of a pick-up truck could have had 'terrifying consequences' for a cyclist or pedestrian say Worcestershire police who stopped the vehicle.

Officers from the Operations Patrol Unit in Worcestershire today stopped this vehicle on A435 near Redditch, sharing an image of the bale on Twitter.
