DRIVERS on the M5 near Worcester have been caught out in a sting to check vehicles for dangerous defects.
The operation took place on the M5 northbound at Strensham junction 8, south of Worcester, earlier today - with 30 drivers dealt with for 'numerous offences'.

West Mercia Police - including the Operations Patrol Units for Worcestershire and Shropshire - and the DVLA took part in the operations.
A police spokesperson said: "Over 30 vehicles and drivers were dealt with for numerous offences. Tyres, overloaded, insecure loads and no insurance."
