During the meeting, the Parish Council addressed the allegations of bullying and harassment Jeanette Hill had made towards her colleagues.

The clerk accused Cllr Rowley and Cllr Nutting of bullying and harassment.

And the council members addressed the allegations and considered disciplinary measures for unprofessional conduct.

Cllr Rowley invited a member from the West Mercia Police force to discuss the allegations in detail, who did not attend due to short notice.

The councillors have said police have not pursued the allegations made by the clerk.

Cllr Nutting said: "I cannot work with someone who is trying to bully and undermine me completely."

Members of the Tibberton Action Group also attended the meeting raising a number of issues which were addressed in the meeting.

Councillors addressed when the highly anticipated white gates will be installed around Tibberton.

The gates have been approved and paid for by Worcestershire Council but villagers are still waiting for them to be installed.

White gates have also been installed in neighbouring villages.

The councillors also said they had noted the villagers' concerns about transparency and communication from the parish council.

At the end of the meeting, the councillors called for an extraordinary meeting to be held on Tuesday (October 11) at 7.30pm to discuss the agenda alongside a range of other issues.
