A MOTORWAY services in Worcestershire has been ranked among the best performing in the UK.
Roadchef’s Strensham Northbound services on the M5 between junctions 7 and 8 has been ranked in the top 10 list of all UK motorway services areas for overall satisfaction in the national Transport Focus survey.
Strensham has a service station on both the north and southbound carriageway boasting a McDonalds and Costa as well as a WH Smith and Spar.
The survey, which was conducted across 119 services from May until July 2022, found that the Strensham North site was the best performing of all Roadchef service areas for visitor satisfaction.

It also found 99 per cent of Strensham Northbound’s customers were overall satisfied, with 76 per cent very satisfied and 64 per cent saying they are likely to recommend it others.
And 94 per cent said they were impressed with the inside of the building, and 97 per cent were satisfied with the toilets.
In a previous survey in 2021, Northgate analysed the facilities available at motorway stations across the country to provide a ranking of the best and worst on offer.
It found the services were the fifth best in the country.
