The speeding offence was committed on the M5
A 52-year-old man is due to appear in court tomorrow (Friday) after a car was caught driving over 40mph on the M5 near Worcester.
David Redvers, 52, was clocked speeding on the M5 between junction 6 (Worcester) and 5 (Droitwich) northbound.
Redvers of Tweenhills Farm Stud, Hartpury, Gloucester, is due at Worcester Magistrates Court after he exceeded the speed limit in his Land Rover on September 25 last year.
He was convicted on April 20 but the case was adjourned.
