A MAN is due to appear in court after a car was captured going over 30mph by a manned speed camera.
Ionel Munteanu, 40, of Conway, Worcester is due at Worcester Magistrates Court today (Friday) after a Hyundai was captured speeding on Woodgreen Drive, Warndon Villages, Worcester.
The camera captured the car exceeding the 30mph speed limit on November 11 last year.
