A DRIVER has ended up in court for using his mobile phone at the wheel while driving on the motorway near Worcester.
Benjamin Bonds was using a mobile phone on the M5 between junctions 6 (Worcester) and 5 (Droitwich).
The 22-year-old of Willow Road, Bromsgrove, was convicted of the offence July 28 and was due to appear at Worcester Magistrates Court on Friday.
The Tesla driver committed the offence on January 23 and the maximum penalty the court can impose is six penalty points.
