THIS interactive map shows all the crimes that were reported to police in Worcester and where they took place.

There were 1,115 crimes reported across the city in July - the latest month of data made available shows. 

That was up on the previous month when 1,025 crimes were reported across Worcester in June. 

In further comparison, there were 1,069 crimes in May, 1,050 in April, 998 in March, 1,008 in February and 1,147 in January. 

The most common type of crime reported that month was violence and sexual assault which accounted for 371 of the reports. 

There were 202 anti-social behaviour crimes, making it the second on the list. 

And third most common type that month was shoplifting with 111 reports. 

The previous month there were 406  violence and sexual assaults and 194 reports of anti-social behaviour - making those the top two crime types in June as well. 

But the third most prevalent crime the previous month had been other theft, with 101 reports that month.

The data has been released by West Mercia Police revealing the number of the types of crime reported, as well as their location. 

The figures reveal there were 46 burglaries including ones reported in Broomhall Green, The Mead, Edgeworth Close and Mealcheapen Street. 

There were nine possession of weapons offences reported including in Devon Road, Park Street and Eliot Road.

And there were 25 drug offences reported in July including reports in Church Road, Gresham Road and Wells Road.
