Maneki Ramen is one of many restaurants under the Rule of Tum brand, which takes on chefs and helps them grow their own businesses.

Director of Rule of Tum, Dorian Kirk, said: "We help chefs realise their dreams and open a restaurant.

"Pete is a testament that the concept works, and it is great to see him flourish and the team's hard work recognised."

Maneki Ramen was originally called Lucky Cat until it received a letter from Gordon Ramsay's lawyers over supposed copyright.

It then changed the name to Maneki Ramen, which is Japanese for Lucky Cat.
