THERE were flurries of snow on top of the Malvern Hills this week - but will Worcester see snow this weekend?

It seems like snow will not be on the cards for Worcester this weekend - though things will be icy and chilly.

The Met Office predicts a calm, cold night tonight (Thursday) in Worcester with the return of a widespread, sharp frost.

Despite it staying dry there will be some icy stretches possible and a risk of overnight mist and freezing fog hitting a minimum temperature -4C.

Friday will bring a cold end to the week with frost to start, according to the Met Office.

It will then be dry with plenty of sunshine once any early morning fog clears.

Feeling rather chilly, the maximum temperature will reach 2C.

The Met Office outlook for Saturday to Monday is cold and sunny on Saturday after a frosty start.

It will be cloudier from Sunday though largely dry and still feeling chilly. A change from Monday with a risk of rain and showers, according to The Met Office.
