A MAIN road will close in Worcester for several hours for the removal of flood pumps.
Hylton Road will close for up to three hours from 7pm tonight (Thursday).
Worcestershire Highways teams will be on site to remove the flood pumps with traffic diverted via Henwick Road.
Foot and cycle access will remain open while the road remains closed to vehicles.
Hylton Road was closed last week amid widescale flooding caused by Storm Henk.
The Environment Agency said 180 properties have flooded in Worcester alone during the floods over Christmas and New Year after heavy rainfall.
