A POLICE car on blue lights has been spotted in Worcester during an ongoing incident with one witness describing a man in a balaclava in the passenger seat.
The marked police car is parked in Deansway near the Cathedral before Copenhagen Street, Heart of Worcestershire College and Maggs Day Centre.
A witness said there appeared to be someone in the front passenger seat wearing a balaclava.
We have asked West Mercia Police for more details.
