A TEENAGER accused of taking a motorbike without consent and riding it without a helmet or insurance is due to stand trial.

Billie Biddle has denied taking the motorbike, a KTM Duke, without consent, riding it without insurance and without a helmet.

The 19-year-old of Oakley Close, Worcester, is due to appear on March 11 at Worcester Magistrates Court for his trial.

Biddle is accused of taking the bike on July 16 last year without the consent of the owner but entered a not guilty plea on August 24. As part of his bail conditions he is prohibited from entering Dines Green.

He also denies using a motor vehicle on a road / public place without third party insurance on the same date in Essex Close in Worcester. 

Biddle further denies riding a motorcycle on a road and failing to wear protective headgear on the same date.
