A BUSY city centre car park has been closed because of a risk of flooding.
Worcester City Council has taken the decision to close Pitchcroft car park as a precaution following heavy rainfall in Worcester.
Several roads across the county are closed while National Trust property Croom Court announced it would be closing early because of flooded roads surrounding the property.
A spokesperson for Worcester City Council said: "Pitchcroft car park has been closed as a precaution because of rising flood water.
"Please use St Martin's Gate multi-storey or one of our other car parks."
