A POLICE car on blue lights was spotted on a city roundabout this morning after a car broke down as officers attended to reduce the risk of a crash.
The police car was parked on blue lights on the Newtown Road roundabout between Grange Way and Nunnery Way (the A4440) during rush hour this morning.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: "We were called to a broken-down vehicle on the roundabout between Grange Way and Nunnery Way on the A4440, at around 8.30am this morning.
"Officers to attended to ensure the road was safe and not at risk to cause a collision while the owner of the broken-down vehicle waited for recovery."
