5 dogs at Dogs Trust Evesham looking for forever homes

Paris

Paris (Image: Dogs Trust) Gender – Female

Age – 3 years

Breed – Bulldog

Paris, who currently stays at one of Dogs Trust’s foster homes, would like to be the only pet in her new home but she can have walking friends.

Once she’s settled in her new home, she can be left for a few hours at a time. Paris can live with children who are of a primary school age and above.

Paris loves sitting on someone’s lap and getting lots of cuddles. She likes to go out in the car but may need help getting in it and she can’t wait to have new adventures with her new family.

Edna

Edna (Image: Dogs Trust) Gender – Female

Age – 8 years

Breed – American Cocker Spaniel

Edna is an older lady looking for her forever home, specifically one that’s quieter. She can live with children who are of a secondary school age.

She needs to be the only pet in her new home and needs a family who can help her continue with training as she can be vocal when seeing other dogs out and about.

Things to consider before adopting a pet

Currently, Edna is staying at one of the centre’s foster homes and she travels well in the car. Once settled, she can be left alone for a few hours.

Tulip

Tulip (Image: Dogs Trust) Gender – Female

Age – 5 years

Breed – Lurcher

Tulip can live with another dog if they mix well at the centre first and although Dogs Trust doesn’t know if she’d lived with children before, she should be fine to live with children of a secondary school age.

Dogs Trust added: “Tulip is a sweet 5yr old Lurcher who adores people, snuggles and food! She came into our care very underweight and with a couple of historic injuries but despite this is still very loving and puts her trust in people.

“We don’t really have any information about her history so time left alone is best built up from scratch.”

Deano

Deano (Image: Dogs Trust) Gender – Male

Age – 4 years

Breed – Greyhound

Deano is looking for a quiet home but he could live with secondary school aged children.

He could also live with another dog if they are calm and quiet and mix well at the centre.

Deano is an ex-racer so can’t live with cats and he’ll need help from his new family when it comes to things like housetraining.

To start with, he’ll need someone to be around all the time.

Bruno

Age – 9 years

Breed – Beagle

Bruno would like to find a relaxing new home where he could live with children of a secondary school age.

He’s not particularly fussed with other dogs but he could live with one as long as they match well at the centre. A dog who doesn’t ask for much of his attention would be best.

Cats scare Bruno so he can’t live with any but he does love to have human cuddles on the sofa.

Bruno is on a specific diet as he has itchy skin and he’s currently staying in a foster home.
